Job Description
1. Sales Growth & Business Development
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients, focusing on marketing services such as advertising, content creation, and campaign management.
- Negotiate and sign contracts with clients.
- Take responsibility for achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales KPIs.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and propose suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Account, Creative, and Media) to ensure services are delivered according to commitments and client expectations.
3. Market and Competitor Research
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Analyze the effectiveness of current sales strategies and recommend improvements.
4. Business Reporting
- Track, consolidate, and prepare periodic business performance reports.
- Propose improvements to optimize sales processes and operational efficiency.
5. Team Management
- Manage the team and allocate KPIs to members under your responsibility.
- Lead and collaborate with the team to achieve assigned KPIs.
- Build and develop the team in alignment with the company’s culture and values.
- Contribute to training and development activities to help team members improve their professional capabilities and performance.
6. Complete additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Company's Board of Directors.
Requirements
Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales Manager position or an equivalent role.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience working at a Marketing Agency.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of advertising channels and emerging advertising trends.
- Extensive network within the Marketing industry or with business communities and corporate clients.
- Strong growth mindset, ability to work under pressure, and excellent teamwork skills.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or College Degree.
- Major in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 5.5–6.0 or higher, or an equivalent certification.
- Graduated from prestigious universities such as National Economics University (NEU), Vietnam National University Hanoi (VNU), Thuong Mai University (TMU), Academy of Finance (AOF), international universities, or equivalent institutions.
- Proficient in Canva, Photoshop, AI tools, and related software.
