Job Description
- Research and gain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services in order to introduce, consult, and answer customer inquiries.
- Identify and collect contact information of potential customers that match the company’s service offerings.
- Approach prospective customers and provide consultation on the company’s services based on their needs and requirements.
- Negotiate and discuss pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with customers; close deals and support customers throughout the contract signing process.
- Provide after-sales customer care and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Develop new customer sources, build and maintain customer databases, and expand business relationships.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on work performance for the direct supervisor.
- Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly work plans under the guidance of the direct supervisor.
- Ensure assigned KPIs are achieved.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or College degree.
- Graduated in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience managing marketing campaigns with budgets of VND 2 billion or more.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Proactive, agile, enthusiastic, and highly motivated.
- Professional, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and develop.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Able to work effectively under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in an equivalent position.
- English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 5.5–6.0 or higher, or an equivalent certification.
- Graduated from prestigious universities such as National Economics University (NEU), Vietnam National University Hanoi (VNU), Thuong Mai University (TMU), Academy of Finance (AOF), international universities, or equivalent institutions.
- Proficient in using Canva, Photoshop, AI tools, and related software.
