Job Description
- Identify, establish, and develop partnership relationships with ad networks, platforms, DSPs, and other partners both domestically and internationally.
- Negotiate partnership terms and maintain contracts with existing key partners.
- Manage the partner ecosystem by categorizing partners based on industry verticals and business volume.
- Monitor, analyze, and report partnership performance, with the objective of optimizing costs and expanding the scale of collaboration.
- Support the Sales and Planning teams in developing proposals, insights, and suitable solutions through regular market updates, as well as updates on new technologies and platforms.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development, Partnership Management, or Supply/Publisher Management within the AdTech, MarTech, or Media industry.
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including performance marketing, programmatic advertising, DSPs, SSPs, publishers, tracking technologies, and related areas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and partner analysis skills.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage work independently, propose new partnership models, and contribute to product development.
- Professional proficiency in English.
