Solution
As part of its strategy to expand its digital ecosystem, BIDV launched a customer acquisition campaign to encourage new users to register for BIDV SmartBanking, with the goal of increasing the platform's user base. The campaign aimed to drive app downloads, expand the retail customer base, and improve registration and online service adoption rates.
Partnering with BIDV, Omega Media implemented a Digital Performance Marketing solution powered by a multi-platform advertising ecosystem, optimized based on user behavior and conversion data. Through a content strategy tailored to different target customer segments, the campaign enabled BIDV to improve outreach effectiveness and significantly increase the number of new BIDV SmartBanking registrations.
